A swiveling library? I saw this and knew it had to be something that wasn't in the United States. Is it just me or does it seem like all the killer concepts and architecture is done overseas? Check out this Bookstore put together my architect Isay Weinfeld coming from Sao Paulo. An entirely transformable and mobile frontage which included an interior on three levels with some serious design.
