Alright, all you 80's babies. Who remembers this track by Brand Nubian "Don't let it go to your head?" THis was a solid song with some solid lyrics. Sure, they didn't really make it to mainstream beyond this joint, and the song is kind of ironic, they wanted to avoid exactly what happened to them, I don' think ive heard from them since. As they say "one single don't make you a hit, stay true to who you are and don't ever forget, keep your feet on solid ground, cuz what goes up must come down." This really share a strong message and I have since notified that celebrities have started to become more grounded as individuals that want to make their life worthwhile with the power over people that they have.
